Audit
We start with what your category is actually running.
Every Hooklift engagement opens with a creative audit of the live ad market in your category. We pull every active ad your top 5-10 competitors are running on Meta — usually 200-400 cards across the cohort — and tag each one by hook archetype, format, age, and visible signals of decay.
The deliverable is a 30-minute Loom plus a written summary: which hook angles your category has saturated, which it's neglecting, and what the next 90 days of velocity should look like for your account specifically. You get this regardless of whether you continue.

Script
Five to seven scripts per round, each on a different hook archetype.
We write in batches. Every batch covers multiple hook archetypes — pattern interrupt, behind-the-scenes, comparison shock, operator's confession, before/after stack — so the account is testing concurrent angles, not iterating on one. Each script is built around a single sharp hook in the first 1.5 seconds; the rest is structure underneath.
Founder voice is recovered first. We work from your actual sales calls, support threads, and product copy — not generic SaaS templates. You approve every script before production starts.

Produce
9:16 first, three formats, ready for Ads Manager.
We produce every approved script in 9:16 portrait first — that's where the spend lives — then auto-render the 1:1 and 16:9 cuts for cross-placement. Each script ships in the format that suits its hook: UGC for operator angles, talking head for founder voice, voiceover-with-broll for product walkthroughs.
The full pipeline is automated end-to-end: voice synthesis or talent-recorded VO, b-roll assembly, captions, end cards. QA runs on every render — duration, audio levels, black frames, caption timing — before anything reaches your inbox.

Approved creatives ship to your Meta Ads Manager weekly with naming conventions tagged for hook archetype, format, and batch. We sit on the slack channel for each retainer client — the moment CTR drops below your account median for five consecutive days, we mark the variant for kill and queue a replacement on the next batch.
We don't iterate on a fading hook. We replace it with a different archetype. That's the point of running multiple hooks in parallel from day one.
