Largest travel marketplace in CEE. Polish-language Meta creative across three personas, shipped as one parallel batch.

Problem

  • Internal team had bandwidth for 1-2 reels a month. The category was running 60+ active ads at any time.
  • Same hook angles across the brand for 6+ months. CTR drift visible in the account dashboards.
  • Polish-language creative is harder to outsource — VO casting, idiom calibration, on-screen text need a native ear.

Approach

  • Pulled every active competitor ad. Mapped the hook archetypes that were absent (operator confession, before/after stack).
  • Wrote 8 scripts in parallel — three persona arcs (family, value-seeker, last-minute), each with a different hook archetype.
  • Cast Polish-native UGC actors. Recorded VO at native cadence — no anglicized intonation, no aggressive speed-ramping.
  • Composited in 9:16 first, with on-screen captions as the redundant channel for muted-feed delivery.

Results

  • 8 reels shipped in 14 days — sustained the parallel-batch cadence the internal team couldn't.
  • Three concurrent persona arcs in production at once, each killable independently.
  • All deliveries clean on the first QA pass — no Polish morphology re-records.
